FOUR Hours of Consulting Time

Each pack includes four hours of consulting via Zoom, to be consumed in 8, weekly, 30 minute assistance sessions.

Week One is an introduction and discussion about helpful strategies to stay motivated. Each following week will be a check-in for questions, concerns, and encouragement. You can choose to restructure the Assistance Session schedule as preferred/needed. The opportunity to additional time is available.
